After Nirvana and Green Day, the iconic BLOOM Cultural Centre in Mezzago (IT) hosted the Coming Out Museum with its first international exhibition.
COME opened its first exhibition outside Croatia, as well as its first exhibition of 2026. The event took the form of a pop-up guest appearance at the renowned cultural centre BLOOM in Mezzago, Italy. BLOOM is known for its concert, cinema, and theatre programmes, and over the past nearly 40 years, it has hosted bands such as Nirvana, Green Day, Sepultura, and Buzzcocks, as well as artists like the poet Alda Merini and the playwright, director, and actor Dario Fo.
The Coming Out Museum Encounters exhibition in Mezzago attracted more than 150 visitors over three days. The authors led three guided tours, and the museum’s collection grew with several new stories and objects.
